We have established partnerships and long term relationships with the industry leaders for the supply of submarine cables and have installed both copper and aluminium core cables in numerous offshore wind farms in Europe on an EPIC basis, providing a.o. also cable protection systems (CPS) and terminating and testing of the cable systems on completion. Post-lay trenching of the submarine cables is undertaken using the trencher on-board the Cable Lay Vessel Seaway Aimery and we partner with highly reputable companies to provide pre-lay and/or mechanical trenching in areas where this might be required. Seaway Offshore Cables also works with companies to provide pre-lay grapnel run (PLGR) and route clearance services in areas where this is required.
From unexploded ordnance (UXO) desktop studies to the final commissioning, Seaway Offshore Cables can deliver a one-stop shop solution for installation of submarine cable systems.
