We are looking for a highly motivated person with a caring, committed and competitive attitude to fulfil the position of:

Tender Controller (m/f)

As a Tender Controller you will be managing the cost estimation during the tender process, satisfying client requirements and ensuring planning, procurement and risk factors are all taken into consideration. You will work in close cooperation with the engineering team, the technical planning department as well as the Tender Manager to develop competitive commercial offers for the company’s customers.

Main areas of responsibilities:

  • Identify, record and implement the customer’s commercial requirements in the tender phase
  • Carry out cost estimation of all offers during the tender and negotiation phase
  • Prepare all relevant commercial and financial documents, including cash flow estimates for the tenders
  • Assist the procurement department in analysing offers from sub-contractors
  • Responsible for the commercial quality of the offers produced by the tender team
  • Transform various data into clear budgets, cost estimates and cost reports
  • Support the hand-over phase of won contracts to project execution

Preferred profile:

  • University degree or higher professional degree
  • Technical background/interest in technical complexities
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken. Preferably also good command of German
  • High level of computing skills (MS Office Excel)
  • Social team player who is willing to take responsibility
